Considerate Constructiors Silver Award Win
Frank Rogers Building Contractors has won a Silver Considerate Constructors Scheme 2010 National Award for their Helena Kitchens Phase 13. The site was particularly commended for the high standards reached in the categories of: Considerate, Cleanliness, Respectful, Safe, Responsible and for its exceptional achievements in the categories of:Environment, Neighbour and Accountable. This site was a credit to Frank Rogers Building Contractors and to the Site Team.

Keep Britain Tidy Business Gold Award
Congratulations to our team who worked on Helena Kitchens Phase 10. In July 2009 they became the first Building Contractor to achieve the St Helens Chamber of Commerce Tidy Business Gold Award.
Tidy Business Standards (TBS) is a national award scheme with three levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold). Its aim is to educate, encourage and reward good environmental practice in businesses. The scheme encourages businesses to implement initiatives for waste minimisation as well as improving the local environment, and in return they will receive recognition for their efforts.

Considerate Constructiors
Frank Rogers Building Contractors have received the Considerate Constructors 'Performance beyond Compliance' award for work on Helena Kitchen Renewals (Phase 10). When visited by the Schemes Monitor, this site performed beyond compliance by scoring at least four points in each of the following eight sections of the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice: Considerate, Environment, Cleanliness, Good Neighbour, Respect, Safe, Responsible and Accountable.

CSCS Gold Standard
The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) was set up to help the construction industry to improve quality and reduce accidents, and CSCS cards are increasingly demanded as proof of occupational competence. A Gold CSCS certificate of commitment shows that over 75% of an organisation's workforce holds CSCS cards. It's a feat worth celebrating and, more importantly, can be used to competitive advantage when tendering for work to prove that workers are competent and have Health and Safety awareness.
