More recently we have been concentrating on the Government’s Best Value initiative, and their target for Public Sector Housing to achieve the ‘Decent Homes Standard’. Through this initiative we have established long term relationships with housing associations.

Over the past three years have we carried out more than 3,000 kitchen installations and 600 bathroom installations, as well as fitting UPVC windows and doors to 400 properties. We also delivered 'multi investment' works to over 200 properties. This work is inclusive of roofing, heating, bathrooms, kitchen, DPC, windows and doors.
