Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Frank Rogers, from our employees’ attention to detail to our ability to manage even the most complex of projects. It is this assurance of excellence which has resulted in us achieving ISO 9001, the internationally recognised benchmark for the quality management of businesses. We carry out a Post Contract Review of all of our jobs, where we assess both our own performance, and that of our sub-contractors and suppliers. We not only review the quality of the work on site but also the tendering, management, and accounting procedures within the office.

We also utilise various Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), which enable us to benchmark ourselves against the industry and other internal projects. The Post Contract Review and KPI’s are vital components in our ability to continually improve performance, and we feel they are critical to the high level of repeat business that we achieve.

health & safety
We have a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy, which is reviewed on a regular basis by our Health and Safety Officer, and every single individual who works for us undergoes Health and Safety training as part of their induction, followed by a site specific Health and Safety induction, and undertake a continual programme of safety training.

In addition Frank Rogers Ltd have also achieved the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) accreditation, and are currently working towards OHSAS 18001, with an anticipated achievement date of July 2010.

At Frank Rogers Ltd, we directly employ a full time NEBOSH qualified Health and Safety Officer, who ensures that we continue to work to the highest standards of Health and Safety and comply with current legislation. Our Health and Safety Officer makes regular monthly visits to our sites to audit health and safety in line with the Health and Safety Plan and client specific requirements. Any areas of concern can be highlighted and rectified immediately to ensure that we continue to achieve the highest standards.

Demonstrating our commitment to the environment, Frank Rogers were accredited with the international environmental standard ISO 14001 in August 2009.
