Frank Rogers Building Contractor Ltd provides a response repair service for numerous housing associations through our Building Maintenance Division. Formerly a limited company in its own right, the Maintenance Company was brought in to the Frank Rogers Group in 2006, and now sits within our wide range of services.

We offer a fully mobile workforce covering all building trades, responding rapidly to any emergency. All works are monitored by supervisory staff who guarantee client and tenant satisfaction.

Our field operatives are supported by a full administrative team and a bespoke computer programme, allowing us to minimise paperwork and delay, while enabling our clients to exercise improved budgetary control.
